1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Visa Bangla (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the visabangla.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (2) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (4) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
  • Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

5. eBook Sales & Refund Policy

Our IELTS eBooks are sold as digital PDF products only — no printed copy is provided or shipped. A free demo is available for every paid eBook so you can review sample content before ordering. Orders are placed and confirmed via our official WhatsApp Business account; once payment is confirmed, the eBook is delivered by WhatsApp and email.

Because these are digital goods with a free demo available beforehand, all eBook sales are final once the PDF has been delivered — no refunds or exchanges will be issued after delivery, except where we have sent a corrupted file or the wrong title by mistake, in which case contact us within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement. The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site. VISA AND IMMIGRATION LAWS AND POLICIES CHANGE FREQUENTLY, AND THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE MAY NOT BE UP-TO-DATE.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our services are limited to consultation, documentation assistance, guidance, and educational content (including IELTS/PTE/GRE preparation and eBooks). The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the respective government authorities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
