Frequently asked questions
When do the ads disappear after paying?
Immediately. Once EPS confirms the payment, our server verifies the transaction with the gateway and activates Premium — no manual approval. Log in with the same account on another device and ads stop there too.
Can I buy without logging in?
Yes. Choose a plan, enter your name, email and mobile number and pay. On the result page (and through the activation link emailed to you) log in or register once with Google or email and Premium attaches to that account — even if its email is different. Your days start counting from activation, so logging in later never costs you a day.
Will I be charged again when it expires?
No. There is no auto-renew and we never store your card or wallet details. We email you 3 days before expiry and on the last day. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one ends.
Which payment methods are accepted?

What is the refund policy?
As a digital subscription it is normally non-refundable once active. If money was deducted but Premium did not activate because of a technical fault, our system resolves it automatically within 48 hours; if not, email info@visabangla.com and we will activate it or refund you. Are the eBooks included?
No, the IELTS, PTE and GRE eBooks are bought separately (৳150 each, less in bundles). Premium is ad-free browsing. Both your eBooks and your Premium live together in your dashboard.
